“A hidden world of sound, u-ton employs advanced ultrasonic speakers to bring high-frequency and barely perceptible sounds to the forefront, immersing visitors in electromagnetic waves and geophonic signals. Ultrasonic beams demodulate into audible sounds upon hitting the characteristic tiled walls of Periode, orchestrated by a generative program by artist Cem Çakmak.”
